This mod fixes the infamous silverite mines equipment glitch that causes you to permanently lose some/all of the equipment on your player character You will know the bug has occurred if the main character is naked instead of clothed like the others and only three experimental subjects spawn. Take off any equipment you have and complete silverite mines (up to chest you mentioned) just with the items you found in them I made this fix because terra_ex's release didn't contain source code, and because there were some reports that it didn't work. Take off items one by one, check if the bug is still there, reload and take off another item

If it's not ok, in the scene when the architect talks to you the background will be black.

Load a save from before the mine, then strip all your gear before you enter You'll know the bug has happened if you load in the jail cell without clothes The problem is, there is a bug where the experimentalist that takes your mains gear does not spawn So after you fight the last battle in the mine, your main still is in their underwear.

So far from a crap load of trial and error from entering the silverite mines, i found this 3 conditions so far that trigger the bug The bug could be due to the ghouls themselves, they get minimum stats to wear the strongest armour in game but they seem to not copy your specializations. Before you enter the silverite mine make a real save and strip all the clothes off your characters Your crew will have all their gear removed and you are thrown into jail.

The biggest clue that you're going to have this bug is if anyone is still geared up (in my case, it's my warden)

The best workaround i found was to make sure everyone in my group was wearing armor/gear from awakening. Prevents the missing equipment bug in awakening Items which the experimental subject cannot equip are moved to the chest containing the party's inventory
